Aircraft Management
Making the complex simple.
Since the beginning over a decade ago, we’ve put in the hard work to hone processes; hire the most suitable candidates for an effective team; build strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, regulators and vendors worldwide; and master cost control and revenue maximization. Ownership becomes simple and stress free.

The Skyfirst Difference
Skyfirst specializes in the management of globally capable jets. We have the ability to maintain and operate them at a higher level, managing costs more effectively, and maximizing revenue in a collaborate process with owners to set charter objectives.

Welcome to the back office
The front office is your airplane and of course you’ll know the team there and build bonds of trust. But they are effective because of a strong back office. We put a lot of investment here: planning global missions, ensuring safety, coordinating with government authorities, overseeing maintenance, counting the pennies, and maximizing charter revenue.

Beyond transparency—clarity and confidence
You’ll hear the word transparency a lot in our business segment. But receiving data is not the same as receiving insight. Our simple reports to you offer insight and inspire confidence. Over the years, we have refined in-house tools that give owners a quick way to gain insight into how their aircraft is used, to see what a specific flight actually costs, and how they benefit. We would be pleased to present our financial reporting process.
Charter income and how to maximize it
We earn higher margins for our owners by being selective in the charters we present for their approval, thus reducing annual costs. The math is straightforward: longer legs tend to be more profitable. Our average stage length is 3.5 hours, and our longest flight last year was over 13 hours.
The owner’s revenues are always our priority. We aim to zero out your yearly costs, if possible. And it is possible.

Pilots: we look for something extra
If you are a management customer, pilots must meet your approval. There must be trust with your flight crew. To help create that kind of relationship, we recruit for technical and personal skills. Then we support your pilots with a great ground team providing a higher level of training, as well as working collectively to share best practices.
Flight attendants who deliver next-level service
We have redefined the concept of the flight attendant. The operative word is “finesse,” which to us means an ability to intuit a traveler’s needs, leading to a serene trip and helps passengers be at their best upon arrival.
