Why We Accept Bookings only from Brokers 

To deliver consistent performance for our charter customers and our management clients, we operate in a special way, taking our bookings from elite brokers.  

We know their standards and expectations. In turn, they know our capabilities and specializations, especially our capability for reacting quickly to plan and execute long-range, multi-stage, complex missions, while always keeping them in the loop.  

Once a booking is accepted, we work hand in hand with the broker to understand all the end user’s needs, giving brokers the time to focus on their client.

Our business is optimizing the charter customer’s time. There is a fluidity to a Skyfirst flight, from car, to boarding, to engines swiftly started and taxi commenced. No wasted time. On board, we aim for serenity so passengers can rest or work as they desire. Service is tuned to the passenger, who may want more attention or less. Our flight attendants intuitively adjust to passenger desires. Our success is seeing them deplane rested, relaxed, confident, and ready for business.  Our highest reward is their positive feedback.

These are our unsung heroes. The team that makes sure you have routing and landing permits as needed; crew changes, as necessary; and proper ground handling in less traveled places. They have connections worldwide that ease your way and make your travel faster, easier, and seamless. 

French Gastronomy and Fine Cuisine Anywhere 

You can expect fine onboard dining from French departure points, but what sets a Skyfirst flight attendant apart is their ability to source excellent meals, snacks, and wines from almost anywhere.

Opening a closed airport.

A customer wished to fly to the airport in Sienna, Italy. Small problem: the airport had been closed for five years. We managed to open it for this flight. 

Rapid repairs.

Visiting heads of state don’t like delays. When we had a landing gear component failure in Beijing, we used our close working relationship with Dassault Aviation to have parts and technicians scrambled from Paris and the airplane back in service in less than 30 hours (half the time was getting there). A certain president was on his way home on schedule.  

Extra crew pre-positioned.

A London-based businessman had an important evening engagement in New York and wanted to come home right after. Alerted on short notice, we were able to pre-position a crew to stay within mandatory duty days and had him home on his schedule. 

Controllers worldwide know us.

Airline and charter companies have special call signs. Ours is Morito. Morito? Yes, it’s easier to pronounce than the Brazilian drink the mojito and it is distinctive. Controllers like us. They like our call sign. Sometimes they’ll even give us more direct routings and prioritize us for an expedited arrival. Morito, they think, we like those guys.
